“Ecoquartier Danube îlot D à énergie positive Phase II. Mixed-use housing quarter in the centre of Strasbourg. Ecoquartier Danube is a new residential area in Strasbourg. The perimeter of the quarter is located between the N4 in the South and the Dusuzeau Basin in the North.
The new building, comprising 11 social housing units for the SOMCO housing association, is part of a newly constructed ensemble in the middle of a neighborhood of large mass housing buildings on the outskirts of Strasbourg.
